We acknowledge the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of the personal and financial information of visitors to our website, potential clients who are considering applying for enrollment in our Debt Settlement Program, applicants for enrollment, current clients and former clients. Our Use Of Information We Collect
We will use your Private Information for your benefit to provide the service(s) you have requested of Provanta. Accomplishing this may require us to use your Private Information in a variety of ways such as to analyze your accounts and propose an appropriate debt settlement program, to verify your identity to your creditors, to verify your identity when you call us, to negotiate debt settlements, to communicate offers and counter offers, to document and implement settlements, to authorize Electronic Funds Transfers from you Settlement Savings Account, to correspond with creditors, collectors and attorneys, to track all related activity, to manage the settlement process overall, and to administer all aspects of your enrollment in your Provanta Debt Settlement program.
Provanta will not disclose personally identifiable Private Information to agents, representatives or other third-parties, except on a ”need to know” basis to provide the service(s) you have requested. We will not share Private Information with third-party organizations for the purpose of them marketing to you or selling you their products or services. We will never sell Private Information for any purpose.
Provanta may disclose personally identifiable Private Information to comply with the law or legal process such as the order of a court of competent jurisdiction.
Provanta extracts from Private Information data that is not personally identifiable in order to conduct statistical analyses, perform evaluations and develop forecasts.

We do not collect Private Information from you unless you choose to provide it to us.
